Aventura Spa Palace Reviews - The Good And The Bad
Reading the thousands of Aventura Spa Palace Reviews, you'll come across a range of folk who loved it, hated it,
or fall somewhere in between. There are many experienced travelers that go back time and again.
And the level of service and grand facilities are impressive. You only have to look at the snaking pool that
seems to go on for miles to want to dive right in. Whilst there are some negative reviews, I have found them to be
positive, on the whole. People have different priorities for a vacation, and it's important to make sure the
Aventura Spa fits yours, especially given it is not all that cheap.
The Adventura Spa Palace is an adults only resort, one of the few in the area. You can find all kinds of reviews
online, which give you some great advice on what to expect, what to avoid, and where to eat!
"The resort never seemed crowded because it was so big and we really enjoyed our time at all of the pools- there
was always a place to sit. We hung out on the South Side and swam and played volleyball- we also met a lot of other
really nice couples to talk to. There are a ton of indoor and outdoor activities, which is really nice- pool,
tennis, basketball, kayaks, etc. We didn't mind walking from one place to another and felt that the resort was the
right size for us." (Trip Advisor)
The Aventura Spa Palace is located about an hour away from Cancun Mexico. This resort is situated on 85 acres of
beaches, jungles and beautifully landscaped botanical gardens. There is a beach bordering a protected lagoon, and a
very diverse experience on offer. One one side, you can relax, rejuvenate and recharge. Or you can go on all sorts
of adventures and sightseeing tours.
Well, you can get treated like royalty most of the time! I found this person's experience very funny:
"We were in the south lobby buying gifts and went to the front desk to see if they would tell us when our
shuttle will be picking us up for the airport and he replies I don't go to the North lobby, so we asked what is it
you do here in the south lobby he replied Information and we kind of looked at him then he went to the computer and
asked us our room number and said go see the girl at the desk adjacent to his. Of course she told us to ask our
travel agent..?? We explained that we booked through them and she reluctantly made a call to someone and told us
our shuttle takes us the airport 5 1/2 hours prior to our flight. " (Tripadvisor reviews)
One great feature of this resort is that it is all inclusive. That means you get incredible amenities for one
great price that include all hotel taxes and tips, meals and snacks, beverages, access to the fitness center,
24-hour room service, Internet access, live entertainment, water sports and more. There are scheduled shuttles to
top destinations like Playa Del Carmen, the Beach Palace, Moon Palace Golf Resort and top Cancun shopping. On the
topic of golf you can add a golf package to the basic package which is ideal for anyone who loves to hit the links.
You also get unlimited tours to selected areas.
The food has had different reactions. One older reviewer (2007) wrote:
"The resturants were awesome, all the food was amazing (especially Mundacas!). Breakfast was always the fav part
of the day for us." (Trip Advisor)
Another, more recent (2008) wrote:
"The breakfast buffets were really good, but we were not impressed with the rest of the food. We tried every
restaurant for dinner and really didn't think any of them were good- the top two were El Greco and the Oriental
place. The wine was really bad in every restaurant with the exception of La Trattoria- we thought the food there
was the worst we had had, but the wine was better. We also ordered room service one night and that food was subpar
as well. I would suggest to fill up on the good breakfast buffet so you can eat light the rest of the day."

Optional services that can be yours at an additional price include car rental, laundry, money exchange, a beauty
salon and a full service spa. The spa offers incredible treatments and services like body wraps, massages and much
more. There is truly something for everyone at this incredible destination. You can lounge on the beach, frolic in
the ocean, get massaged, go shopping and of course enjoy the fine cuisine at the various dining establishments at
the resort and in the surrounding area. This resort has everything you need for the vacation of a lifetime.
"My best friend reccommended this resort to me and I was very pleased. I have to say that I was scared of all
the negative reviews. After I went, I cant even imagine anybody complaining about this resort. If you have
complained (except for something specific), then that says something about you." (Trip Advisor).
When you read Aventura Spa Palace reviews you will get an idea about the luxuries that await you. However you
won't truly experience the magic and wonder of this spectacular resort until you see it for yourself. This resort
is the perfect place for a honeymoon or even destination wedding. They actually specialize in honeymoons and
weddings. Honeymooners receive sparkling wine, a fruit basket, t-shirts, and a candle-lit dinner. And they even
have a free wedding package! It's also a great place for a girls-only getaway or some bonding with your best
friend. The only problem is that once you visit this palatial resort you won't ever want to leave!
"During the course of the stay, I found that grandness of the resort to be overwhelming and that it resulted in
a lot of time spent walking from place to another. That being said, the hotel was beautiful...the pools were well
attended and looked over the ocean, and the lobbies and rooms were pretty. The landscaping was truly awesome. I
have to highlight how wonderful the service was from beginning to end. Every worker on that resort deserves praise
for their friendly and attentive service." (Trip Advisor)
